Who we are
Fundação Betania ONLUS is an organisation established to promote social solidarity, contributing to the protection, integral development and promotion of the dignity of children, adolescents and young people experiencing situations of social, family and spiritual vulnerability.
Its story began with an experience that started in Italy and took root in Brazil, where it maintains an active presence and ongoing work in Salvador, Bahia. The Foundation has been developing actions that respond to the local context and to the needs of children, adolescents and their families.
Through education, comprehensive support, community life, human formation and support for families, it seeks to offer opportunities for growth and the development of potential, strengthening bonds, autonomy, dignity and values of solidarity, fraternity and care for others.
The Fundação's aims
