Moments that tell a story
Over time, the Centro Nossa Senhora Aparecida has experienced encounters and special moments that have been concrete signs of closeness, recognition and sharing.
Every visit, every event and every encounter becomes part of the everyday story of the Centre and the people who live it.
The visit of the President of the Italian Republic
A moment of great human and institutional value for the Centro Nossa Senhora Aparecida.
The visit of the President of the Italian Republic was a deeply significant moment for Fundação Betania ONLUS and for the whole community of the Centro Nossa Senhora Aparecida.
During the visit, the President was able to see the Centre's reality up close, meeting children, educators, families and members of the Franciscan Fraternity of Betania who live this educational and social presence in Salvador de Bahia every day.
The visit represented an important recognition of the human, educational and social value of the work carried out alongside the most vulnerable children and families.
This moment remains a concrete sign of institutional closeness and attention to a reality that continues, every day, to build relationships, education and hope.
"A meeting that gave value and visibility to a presence built daily alongside children and families."
